Shirts Each shirt is 100% preshrunk cotton and hand screened with great care in the USA. Like any cotton garment, shrinking can occur.
Exchanges and Returns All purchases are final. If we accidentally shipped you the wrong product, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the product back to us as well as the cost of sending you a replacement.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email soak@soakvskaos.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
USA Shipping and Handling We ship all products using USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Depending on your location shipping can take up to 10 days (allow extra time during the holidays). The shipping cost for each order differs depending on the order size. We have attached a small handling fee to each order, which is built into the shipping cost. We usually process orders within 5 business days.

Payment Method We accept major credit cards using Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use the service.
USA Sales Tax All orders shipped to California will be subject to 7.75% sales tax. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.

Order Issues In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the delivery confirmation indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
